GreedyHQ collects only the information necessary to operate the service, manage user accounts and provide the features requested by users.
2. Data concerned
Depending on the use of GreedyHQ, processed data may include account information such as username and email address, data entered by the user concerning Digital Miners, purchases, sales and portfolio settings, as well as technical information required for the security and operation of the application.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to create and manage the user account, provide portfolio tracking, calculations and simulations, manage access to GreedyHQ, respond to support requests, and ensure the security and proper operation of the service.
4. Sharing of data
GreedyHQ does not sell users’ personal data. Data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It may be processed by technical service providers only where necessary for hosting, payment, email delivery or operation of the service, and within the scope of their respective services.
5. Payment
Card payments may be handled by Stripe. GreedyHQ does not need to store complete bank-card details. Payment information is processed according to the payment provider’s own security and privacy rules.
6. Data retention
Account and portfolio data are retained for as long as the account is active or as necessary to provide the service. Certain information may be retained for a longer period where required by legal, accounting, security or dispute-management obligations.
7. User rights and account deletion
The user may access and update information available in their account. Where the deletion feature is available, the user may permanently delete their account and associated data directly from the GreedyHQ interface. For any privacy-related request, the user may also contact support@greedyhq.com.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data and access to GreedyHQ. No online service can nevertheless guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies and technical storage
GreedyHQ may use cookies or local browser storage strictly necessary for authentication, session management, preferences and operation of the application. Where non-essential technologies are introduced, the information and consent mechanisms required by applicable rules will be provided.
