1. Purpose
These terms define the rules governing use of the GreedyHQ website and application. Use of the service implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Nature of GreedyHQ
GreedyHQ is an independent management, analysis and simulation tool intended for GoMining users. It is not a financial-advisory service, a portfolio-management service on behalf of third parties, or a guarantee of profitability.
3. User account
The user is responsible for the information entered in their account and for keeping their login credentials confidential. The user agrees to use GreedyHQ lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, bypass or compromise the operation or security of the service.
4. Free trial and annual access
GreedyHQ may offer a free trial period whose duration is displayed on the website. At the end of the trial, access to paid features may require the purchase of annual access at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Annual access is not renewed automatically. Renewal is performed manually by the user.
5. Data and simulations
Results depend in particular on data entered by the user, selected parameters and market information used by the application. Prices, rewards, costs and performance may change; displayed results must therefore be regarded as indicative estimates.
User decisions
The user remains solely responsible for any decision to buy, sell, improve or retain Digital Miners and, more generally, for any decision made using information displayed by GreedyHQ.
6. Availability
GreedyHQ endeavours to keep the service accessible and operational but does not guarantee permanent availability or the absence of errors. Maintenance operations or technical incidents may temporarily restrict access to the service.
7. Account and data deletion
Where the feature is available in the user area, the user may permanently delete their GreedyHQ account directly from the interface. Deletion removes the account and the data associated with it, subject to any information that must be retained to comply with legal or accounting obligations.
8. Changes to the service
GreedyHQ may change its features, interface and these terms in order to reflect changes to the service. The version published on the website is the applicable version.
